I will start off by saying that this movie definitely made my heart ripped.

When their relationship turns sour, a couple undergoes a procedure to have each other erased from their memories. But it is only through the process of loss that they discover what they had to begin with.Why I like it: First, it has Kate Winslet in it, in one of her best and most colorful roles. And Jim Carrey is fantastic too and proves (once again) that he can act with subtlety and emotion and not just clown around. I also like that the story, while being a little sci-fi because it’s about erasing memories, is in a way so real in its depiction of how we deal with the end of a relationship and what we keep of each other. It’s a simple yet complex movie, poetic and pretty.
“We met at the wrong time. That’s what I keep telling myself anyway. Maybe one day years from now, we’ll meet in a coffee shop in a far away city somewhere and we could give it another shot.”

2. Pride And Prejudice

Some time ago I rewatched ‚Pride and Prejudice‘ from 2005. I‘ve seen this movie far more than one time and it still captures me. The atmosphere, the great characters and those dialouges. The way of talking in that time is just fascinating. The book is definvinitivley recommendable. Here the love couple of all time.
Only the deepest love will persuade me into matrimony, which is why I will end up an old maid.
